30-day request period
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. The request period starts when the order is delivered, not when it is placed.
Eligible items
We accept qualifying new, unused merchandise for reasons such as a change of mind or an incorrect selection. We also assist with damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items. Applicable consumer rights remain available.
Approval and return shipping
Email yoraqasomuz95@gmail.com before mailing anything. We will review the request and provide the correct return destination. The postal address on our Contact Us page is not automatically a returns warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel; contact us if it is missing or lost. Approved returns do not carry a restocking fee.
Exchanges and refunds
Eligible exchanges depend on review and stock availability. After a return is approved, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
